2. What This Fairground Is

An independent publication: rankings, reviews, and guides covering US sweepstakes casinos. We run no games, take no wagers, and hold no visitor funds. Every booth is a third-party business operating under its own terms.

3. Admission

The gates are for adults 18+ (21+ where local law says so). Sweepstakes casinos do not operate in Washington or Idaho, and some booths skip other states — checking your local law is your job before signing up anywhere.

4. Who Owns The Program

All original text, graphics, scoring methodology, and design elements are the property of OMD AS unless otherwise noted. You may quote up to 75 words with attribution and a link back. Operator names and logos remain the property of their owners.

5. Accuracy & The Referral Business

Every figure in the program reflects what our judges measured on the printed date. Booths repaint their signs without warning — verify offers on site. Some outbound links pay us referral commissions; commissions never touch the judging card.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMD AS and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, including losses incurred at any third-party operator.
